Sales Executive - Furniture Team

Join our growing Furniture Sales Team at PWD Supplies! 🚀

Position: Sales Executive – Furniture Team
Location: Head Office – Dunston Business Village, Staffordshire, ST18 9FJ (1 mile from M6 Junction 13, near Penkridge)
Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission 💰
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Hello, early weekends! 🙌)

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for sourcing and recommending the perfect furniture solutions for schools (our primary customers) and businesses. From classroom tables and exam desks to meeting room furniture and soft seating, you’ll help create inspiring, functional spaces tailored to every client’s needs.

About the Role:

As a key member of our Furniture Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Growing and nurturing your own customer base using our database and self-generated leads
• Driving outbound telesales and email-based campaigns
• Acting as a personal furniture consultant for schools and businesses, recommending solutions from classroom essentials to office soft seating
• Working towards gross profit targets with no cap on your commission potential
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Outbound sales experience with a proven track record of hitting profit targets
✅ Strong telesales and email-based sales skills
✅ A steady CV that reflects loyalty, reliability, and growth
✅ GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English
✅ Passion, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
